Cassie and her daughter are both members of the bleeding disorders community (Von Willebrand), but maintain an active lifestyle (along with her partner and two “bonus sons”) that incorporates yoga, hiking, kayaking, and travel. Also an advisory board member for the UofL Hemophilia Treatment Center, Cassie honors the mind-body connection and serves as an advocate for others.
